Chart Chat for July 26th

Below is the video Jack and I just recorded for Chart Chat for July 26th. This is a one hour video and it covers Indexes, Bonds, Currencies, Energies, Precious Metals and Sugar. We had some kind of technical difficulty as we asked for questions at the end and did not see any. Some of you did post questions and for some reason they did not come through. Please post your questions below. Also any feedback on best day or week or what you would like to see next week is appreciated.

The HD version should be done 20 minutes after this post goes up. Until then, this is the SD version.

Sign up link for next Sunday at 4:00pm EST is below. If you can’t attend a recording will be posted.

  1. Stann: I ask questions and for some reason you were not getting them????. Thank you for your web seminar! I missed the price of Gold on the bounce from the Y…that was my question. Again, thanks for your time, it was very informative and it went well considering it was your first… Cordially,

    Dr N Sanchez

  2. Thanks for a great webinar today. You discussed SPX and stated you expect it to put in a low Wednesday or Thursday this week and start heading higher toward the end of the week. When you discussed RUT you didn’t give a time frame. Do you expect a similar timetable on RUT?

Congratulations on the webinar. It was great! My question was regarding the euro/usd. Can you look into it on the next webinar? What are the equivalent goals for the euro regarding your goals for the dxy (96,175; 96,65; 94 and 90)?

  4. Great Job to Stan and Jack!

Would love it if the next session can be done on Sun mornings instead, just a suggestion though.

Very nice vid and charts boys. Stan you are nearly as good a Stan as Stan the man Wawrinka. Keep it up folks

  6. Excellent webinar … thanks so much for the time and effort! Whatever time is convenient for you is fine … I can always catch the video.
Maybe a quick run thru the BRICs next week?

  7. Fantastic webinar last night. Really informative with usable levels and great explanations of each chart. The time that you held the webinar for me was just right because I think the info stays fresh in your mind for the session ahead and also for me in the UK doesn’t interfere with the weekend.
Please, please carry on doing what you’re doing – really helpful.

  8. Stan, thank you for the video very informative. The bounce in oil to the trendline do you expect that during the low cycle or the high cycle period? Thank you.

  9. Stan; Is it possible that SPX has already completed the move down and the move up to minimum 2,165 target has started which means no turn down from 2,090/94 interim top?

    1. Yes – is possible but bulls need to prove it – break es 2102.50 and game on – but we have possible resistnace es2096.75-2100 – if held, lower lows still possible

  10. Stan – thanks for the excellent information provided in the webinar. Provides and excellent combination of short-term and long-term perspective. I am based in China so cannot participate in the live taping due to time zones, but watch the playback that you post. Seems like Sunday afternoon is a good time before the trading week kicks off. Thanks for all the work you do!!!

  11. I very much enjoyed Chart Chat last Sunday July 26th. Do I need to sign up to receive an invitation to the chat on Sunday Aug 2 (assuming they’re weekly)?Teri Thomas
